About the course

The Photovoltaic Systems Installation Certificate (SS-PVI) provides recipients with extensive knowledge and practical experience in the complete steps involved in assembling, installing, testing, and operating small to medium-sized photovoltaic solar energy systems. Recipients are capable of effectively installing a complete photovoltaic solar energy system, understanding the process from reading plans, schematic diagrams, and drawings to testing and operation. This includes understanding the various electrical, mechanical, and structural components of the system, system architecture and configuration, all system wiring, performing routine maintenance, and other supporting installation activities.
