The Professional Certificate in E-Learning/Training Experiences Design (ELXD), issued by the National E-Learning Center, aims to develop the applicant’s knowledge and skills in designing online educational experiences. This certification includes scheduled examinations to measure the competencies of applicants across six basic aspects, divided into 18 competencies and 81 indicators. Recipients learn to design effective online learning environments, create educational tools and content, and apply valuation standards to measure efficiency. The course covers comprehensive analysis of learning environments, targeted learners, and educational objectives to enhance the overall quality of online education.
