About the Course:

This course consists of three live online masterclasses designed to give you a practical, working understanding of AI and how it fits into modern product and design workflows.

You’ll begin by learning how AI actually works, building a clear mental model of concepts like large language models (LLMs), tokens, and context windows — and understanding why AI behaves differently from traditional software.

From there, you’ll explore how AI is being deployed across industries, examining real-world use cases and what AI projects typically look like inside companies, particularly how they influence product, UX, and design teams.

A core focus of the course is prompting — the essential skill for effectively collaborating with AI systems. You’ll learn how to structure precise, high-leverage prompts that improve output quality and dramatically increase productivity.

The masterclasses also dive into applied workflows, including using AI for user research (insight extraction, journey mapping, persona generation) and AI-assisted design (user stories, microcopy, rapid prototyping).

By the end of the course, you’ll not only understand AI conceptually but also know how to integrate it directly into your daily work
